Shopped on Saturday at ZCMI Celebrated Trevor's Birthday Visited My Mothers house she lived in when she was a child Tiko and Alejandra, Landon's friends from Paraguay were able to attend General Conference Savannah's 16th Birthday!   It was Savannah’s birthday today! So after stake conference we had dinner and a surprise party at the Morris’s home for your sister. It was great! She had a wonderful time. They sure love her! They call her their “other” daughter. Savannah and Anastasia Savannah and her best friend Anastasia helping  at Sam C's eagle project Dad and Grandpa Install our Hot Tub Yeaaaaaaa! I really fixed our hot tub this time! It's working again! Ok, so what happened the last time I "fixed" it you ask? Well, my Dad and I just installed it and the wiring needed some "cleaning up" shall we say. This way the wiring remains dry during rain storms. Well what do you think happens when a color blind person does electrical wiring? You guessed it! I crossed the hot and the ground which burned out the control board and one half of the pump motor.  After calling in a pro fessional to assess and repair the wonderfully warm bubbling water machine he first laughed at me when I told him the story exclaiming "I love people like you!" and then identified the components I needed to replace to fix it and save about $1800 dollars. January   2015 Amy Amy Amy sent us this picture after her wisdom teeth were pulled  She diligently kept ice on it and has had little swelling.  Today is Sunday and I think she's feeling the pain.  We hope you feel better soon Amy!  We love you! Wish I was there to take care of you! Amy is close to getting her Bachelors Degree from BYU Idaho.  She's amazes me all the time at what she's accomplishing! Savannah  Savannah sang a solo, Come Follow Me at our ward Standards night.  Savannah has a terrific voice.  It was a great fireside on our standards and how to respond to the world as we stand as a light.  Brother Myron Stout spoke, ironically he is the Oral surgeon who took Logan's wisdom teeth out. Savannah got her driving permit this week and has driven to Seminary.  Today she drove her friend Anastasia home about 1 hour away.  Savannah even drove down the Canejo Grade for the first time! not bad for only driving for 5 days! Christmas 2015 Grandpa Sweet and Toby have been here visiting for Christmas and the New Year!  Grandpa has been busy helping his Brother Uncle Jack and Aunt ChaCha move from Ojai to Lancaster.   He drove his trailer  down from Beaver Utah with a car he delivered in Oxnard to Allen.   Grandpa helped us reorganize our bedrooms when we bought a new Ca King bed and moved our queen beds into Savannah's room.   Getting ready to Skype Savannah with Landon who is on his way to  Paraguay from LAX  traveling part of Christmas Eve and on Christmas day Landon left Lax about 2:20pm we arrived about three hours early for an international flight, Savannah and I asked for and where given gate passes to Landon's gate.  Landon's plane left on time and landed in Atlanta about five or so hours later, he had an 1 1/2 hour lay over then traveled to Brazil.  There he had about a 4 hour layover.  but instead of being in the middle of the night it was now 5:00 in the morning

Amy and Trevor's visit!  Amy and Trevor in visited us in Oxnard!   While they were here,  We did some shopping at the TO mall.  We swam in Amy and Trevor's pool and spa, played several games of rook, some of us for the first time. On Sunday we attended Stake Conference where Savannah spoke.   In the afternoon we had an early Thanksgiving Dinner and invited our friends the Larsen's to join us. During the weekend Trevor helped Landon fill out his applications for college. We thought about Elder Sweet often and know he's doing a great work! Front to back, Bob, Landon, Savannah, Tamara, Amy and Trevor.
